Some of you might have already attended the first edition in 2014.  This is the first festival in Paris entirely dedicated to craft beer.

What is the Paris Beer Week ?

The 2015 edition will start on the 22nd of May and will last until the 31st. During the week, you will have the opportunity to discover more than 1,000 beers from various French breweries in over 30 different locations throughout Paris.

Activities will include tastings, home brewing demonstrations, workshops and conferences, food pairings, brewer meet and greets. A Grand Finale event with a home brewing competition, will be organised on the 30th at La Bellevilloise

The Paris Beer Week promotes unique, creative breweries and shows how beer is not always boring and bland. It puts the Paris craft beer scene in the spotlight with a series of events hosted by breweries, bottle shops, bars and distributors.

The event focuses mostly on local French beers. However, a selection of international breweries will also be invited to participate this year.

Who is it for ?

The event is not only for beer geeks. It really is a great opportunity for the large public to discover a new selection of local high-quality beer and to find out that there is an alternative to industrially produced beer.

If you haven’t tried craft beer yet, this is a good reason to come to the event !
